I was wondering what shore hardness of urethane people using to pour sidewalls with? Also are people using rubber foil in the layup when building skis or snowboards with urethane sidewalls?

OSB, that’s what it’s called! I could not think of the name of the stuff.
I was thinking about a pneumatic press but at this point I could go ether way

Most of the moulds that I have seen online are built out of MDF (medium density fibre board). I have a bunch of 12mm chipboard plywood, would this work? I was going to rip a bunch of it into 10cm widths, profile one side with a router and lament about 24-30 of them together for the mid section of th...

That is awesome thank you. I was out at the farm yesterday and I think I have found my core material. It’s the poplar growing out of the birch.
