thank you for sharing your experience!
One more question: do you just use their hand pumps, or have you setup an electric pump that connects to the roarockit bags?

Re: Adjustable molds - 90 degree slotted system
why so complicated when it comes to vaccuum pressing. for 2-D Molds this easy solution is suitable - just use a medium flexible plate, put your nose and tail blocks on and for the camber/rocker profile just clamp this to a stable surface. so you can adjust the place of the rocker withour andy fixed ...

Re: Roarockit - alternative manual vacuum pump
thanks yes i saw few powsurfer builds and also chatted with their european team... they mentionend it is no problem to build skis or snowboards - also epoxy is fine within their bags. ...only thing is that their 200x155cm bag is >200€ - in relation to their other stuff quite expensive :D so i want t...

Roarockit - alternative manual vacuum pump
Dear all, i just searched the forum and wondered why the manual vacuum pump doesn't come up more often. Roarockit advertises that you can also press skis and snowboards with it - unfortunately they don't sell the valve separately - so you could build a press very cheaply for beginners. What do you t...

Miki, just saw the packages in your shop... Do you also sell vacuum pumps and valves, or have any source in Europe that is not to expensive?

Re: Alternatives
not tried yet. But in my job as architect i'm always afraid to see the amount of wasted materials on construction site. So i would totally agree to watch out for alternative materials / reuse / Recycle for the builds. Maybe flooring materials could be interesting. f.e.: linoleum could be a nice tops...

European/ German Source for Vacuum Equipment
Hi Folks, as I'm new to snowboard building and planning just a few boards per year i would go for vacuum bagging them. As I'm based in Europe I'm looking for a source to buy the equipment needed. I recognized that there are a few vacuum pumps on ebay for under 40 € - are they sufficent? Further I ne...
