Yes nylon, not vinyl
I’ve been cutting a bunch of vinyl letters and I think I just switched them in my head. I edited it above. I’ve tried your process on my press, but I always somehow get voids with bubbles still leaking in. Wish I could figure it out.

Cooling in the press won't necessarily make much difference. I use one heat blanket and if I place it on top my camber comes out exactly like the mold or slightly flat. If I place it on bottom it always comes out 10-15mm higher than the mold. I'm no materials engineer so not exactly sure how all the...
