Start one at either end, rap around the mold until it reached the other side where they could go in the other s...

Thanks to all for the concern. I lost my respirator in the last move out to colorado. I definetly will get another soon. With just the sawdust I feel the bandana works fine. I started the bottom section of the mold today. Things have come out good so far. Optimizing the use out of one sheet is alway...

Thanks for all the input on the pressure question. krp8128: When Disconnected it reads zero. But it did take a long time to read any pressure when I was filling the hose up. The compressor only has one gauge which reads the pressure of the tank. When the hose stopped filling up anymore the gauge on ...

Another technique to keep you core centered is using small finish nails on the sides of the cores. During dry lay-up align the core then set small nails on the sides in a couple places. Keep the height of the nails lower than the top sheet to reduce puncturing the bladder. Since the core is slightly...

I am jealous of the workshops you guys have. Someday I may be able to get to that level. But I am very pleased being able to have a garage to call my own. I now have my cave. http://lh5.google.com/varnerb/Ru8Nh-sqSTI/AAAAAAAACIA/wbZIoWJSahs/s800/9.17.07.jpg With the smaller space and still wanting t...

B's Skis
So I started reading this website and forum a little over a year ago after I saw an article in Ski magazine. It is interesting to see each persons method of the construction process. The first hurdle for me to overcome was a firehose. Where does a guy buy a firehose? Nobody in the normal world could...
