dbabicwa, that white fabric is fibreglass that hasn't got resin to it yet. thats mid-way through the infusion. easycomposites.co.uk have some great videos on resin infusion if you want to have a look dbabicwa do you recommend flow media for an infusion? i thought the issue would be getting epoxy bet...

Got the ski's back from the ski shop. They said the base bubbled a bit so they ground only as much as they dared to; Pretty good tho: http://i60.tinypic.com/14llf11.jpg The base is a little bit concave at the tip and tail rise thats why they're still white (epoxy) http://i62.tinypic.com/2zhmphe.jpg ...

You mean a thermostat? That's basically what a PID does, just with more adjustability and accuracy (which is required if you don't want any funky camber/rocker variations you didn't plan for).
