It has no flats in the base. I'd be worried it would spin when tightened. You could always grind two flats but that would get old fast. I just spoke with the producer. They can grind 2 sides of the base in order to avoid any possible spinning inside the boards. Is it ok like this? http://s8.postimg...

hello, I have problems with the edges from metall deutsch, they are badly rusted after some time. I keep them dry and dark place, handle with gloves. Preparing for the next season, we are building new pneumatic press for sublimation. The heating system is 4 kW. It reaches 200 C degrees for about 30 minutes. The aluminium sheet is 8 mm. Everything looks great but we can`t find proper material for heat insulation. We tested the press with MDF board...
