Thank you I will try it like this. As for the bending? If I heat them to bend them by hand that will cause not a good bonding at the bended parts of the edges?

I have made a research about external gauges you can find for both presta and car type valves. As for the pump mine pump isnt compatible with presta valve i use and adaptor that has also an O-ring that makes it more sealable and you flow into presta with car pump. https://www.google.gr/search?q=adap...

Everything goes well i found the solution had to give 3cm space for the hose to get more and and to fill the hose with MUCH more air....

I have finally finished and planted my home portable press for one ski each time. The press was planned to build with maximum working pressure at 35 psi. Everything looked fine when sealing the hose using angles,screws,Teflon tape etc.I used the bicycle tire valve cause i couldn't afford an air comp...

Planning to use poplar wood core profiled to 2.5-11-2.5 and a veneer topsheet sealed with marine varnish (maybe more than two hands) is that going to affect my core flex ? the veneer has 0.6mm thickness

what was the conclusion about the 0.1mm issue? I am about to order edges and base from this supplier will i have a problem after pressing with the base surface or so? please let me know... i think that the edge pocket is 1.4mm (cause they send me a mechanical drawing) not 1.3 and the base thickness ...
