I did end up doing this... I used Fedex Kinkos. Printed on their frikin lazer beam printer with whatever mate paper they had. Bonded super well and looks pretty darn good. Some tinny bubbles but almost perfect and zero delam when flashed. Altho it has been a year and they have yet to be skied or eve...

I know you feel you have a ton of work into that core that your probably pretty proud of even with the oops but your better off just trashing that guy and moving on. You could use it but you will not be happy. Besides the base, edges, top sheet, tip fill, vds, epoxy are all the expensive part of the...

I have one probe on top of the top alum sheet and the same on the bottom. Im wondering now with this last pair if the tips and tails d...

Finally got my skis made for the season. I upgraded my heat controller with dual controls. One for top and bottom. I need to do some programming of the bottom as it seems to over shoot by quite a bit. It was about $35 with the SSR. I hope i can get it to perform more like the Auber i have on the top...

Wow they look great for a first ride! I was asking about the base tape because i found out it really does not help. Tried it on my first pair. Took FOREVER to get off. I think most people use nothing at all and there is no more or less epoxy on the bases. I also think the tape overlap causes some fl...

Here is what i want to do... I have Duravision 5050. I would like to get some graphics printed on regular ol printer paper and lay that up under the clear top sheet. After searching some people say printed paper does not bond as well to these clear top sheets? Any hints on this process? I have used ...
