Another thing I notice is the lack of threaded rod to keep the mould together. I am not saying it won't work, just an observation.

22mm mdf on top will be too thick in my opinion. I just did the same thing with 16mm mdf and it is borderline too thick. It will average out the profile somewhat due to the fact that it does not want to bend. Oh, yes maybe your right. I've been thinking about how to get the mdf to follow the curve ...

Go back and read my previous post if you really want to eliminate the problem. I dont understand what yo mean in the first post sorry, my english is not that goo...

The advantages of compound turbo systems are enormous, you will see them come into fashion over the next 10 years I think.
The engine is what is known as ford xr6 turbo 4.0L but I have destroked mine to 3.6L to gain more rpm.
It is only released in Australian built vehicles.

You can turn up the boost until you run the stock fuel system to its limit, at that point you need to upgrade fuel pump and injectors to allow the engine to consume more air. Then you may find the turbo cannot supply enough air so you need to upgrade the turbo. Its pretty...

I like your press!
Can you give details on your layup? It seems you have nothing on top of the core?
