But yeah, the dust from the router looks really bad. usually it at least has vacuum.

I use CPM but got told by Jaime from entropy in Spain that CLR also would work under pressure and heat but have never tried it. But he recommends CPM... so, well, dunno? test it.

Ive done a few pairs with veneer and top sheet. No bubbles since I started using the "alotofextraepoxy" technique. I wet out the veneer and then add an extra 200 g of epoxy down the middle. When the extra epoxy is pressed out it seems to bring all of the bubbles with it.

I guess what he wants is a "classy" "noble" binding. So if it is all white instead of black or something is probably fine to.

We use a similar construction but with wooden rails. Remember to measure the hight from the sled instead of the rails!
