Since TurboCAD keeps getting mentioned around here, I checked it out and downloaded the 15 day trial version. It's a bit different than SolidWorks, but I'm getting somewhere. But, I've got only the 15 day trial version. Did I miss the free version? Or did someone rip it and there's a mirror somewher...

What you (I?) should do is use balsa as a filler material. As far as I can tell, the DB/Goode construction process uses foam as a filler, and wraps carbon around several foam stringers. You should start designing a tele binding that won't break. A real innovation. :)

And can you build me a 130-110-105 195cm carbon fiber swallowtail twintip? Please? I can't afford DBs.
