Air Compressor
What type of air compressor is generally going to work best for a bag vacuum style ski/snowboard build? What type of compressor would even work on a press? I'm looking to buy one as I can't find anyone who can sacrifice enough time to my projects.

I saw a video a while back and connelly does an injection mold on their boards. Otherwise maybe it could be planed with a surfboard blank? I don't know much about foam that is used, but fiberglass supply has some similar stuff for surfboards and boats http://www.fiberglasssupply.com/Surfboard_Suppl...

Well, glass and P-Tex are on the way. Now I just need to make/find a mold to use to knock these out after I make the core. Which I'm still not certain on how to do. The trick ski post was interesting. Though, I have no idea where to get the foam for something like that, and would like it to be more ...

ronix Wakeboards are going to P-Tex base for the simple purpose of lack of damage when Sliding Rails. They are also mosty flat accept for the fins. I will tool a little bit of base shape in, but not much. Too much hull and it makes the landings too hard, so on and so forth.... wake skis and wake boa...

I am using a variety of things to base my measuements off of. My favorite ski is hella stiff, but its also for nothing more than high speed turns and laying your shoulder to the water. Which, for this ski, is not what I want. I am going off of a few things for design ideas. Working with the guys at ...

If I was to use Carbon Fiber or Carbon Kevlar, how much more stiff will this make me ski and what is the difference in layup? I want to lay a piece of cloth, such as a really thin cotton, then a layer of something like a 2oz Glass. I will look into the surfboard glass though and see what that turns ...

Water Ski Building
I have been looking at building a water ski and have a few questions. The design is much the same but, all in all, is more simple, I just have a few questions. First of all, my design is more simple for the fact that I don't need a camber. Just a 3 inch rocker that runs tip to tail. Do I really need...
