Cement board works well in our sub press, its a bit brittle, but its cheap and has never caused a problem in 5 or 6 years.

Nazdar, Sericol, and Basler Lacke all make epoxy based screen inks.
We use nazdar and havnt had any trouble with them. have also used basler and found them to be fine.

Since your not backing with ink then im not much help! when backing with ink sometimes we find the ink can appear cured but its either not or the substrate could be dirty and the bond with the ink is bad. Usually this happens to us if its winter in moist cold conditions when we havnt used heating. I...

Was your printed topsheet backed up with a epoxy ink layer? or did you just have a subbed graphic on a clear nylon? We have done plenty of stuff with a clear nylon subbed and it works great, but on a few occasions when we have flooded with a epoxy ink our bond through the ink layer has been poor. Wh...

This is a belt machine, comes with a bunch of belts to get started with.
It runs off a 240v supply or the motor can be switched to run on 110v.
At the moment it can be just plugged into a standard power point, although a 15amp is better.

We have a Allstone base grinder for sale.
Canadian made, in very good condition, hasnt been used for a few years, comes with a heap of belts.
