How do you know the wet ones have more resin in them? What pressure are you running? If you have more resin in a part it will be stiffer- note that it will be more brittle/weaker. If you're squeezing too much resin out of the wet layup they will be lighter and softer. Skis look good- love the graphics, what did you use to draw them?
