olie. ballnose has a very small point of contact for making large relatively flat passes. i use cheapo bits from HomeDesperate or online for better (carbide). something more an one inch wide is ideal, i think i have a 1.25, 1.75 and 2.5 in bit set for surfacing. http://mcdn.toolking.com/catalog/prod...

we build and sell snowboards. we do not make a profit. burton sells snowboards, burton does not make a profit on their snowboards. let me rephrase, if you manage to sell enough snowboards to make a profit you end up spending all your profits on other arenas so that you can continue selling your prod...

so this is the "heart/brain" for most PID's, at 30 bucks each i say this is a great experiment. all i need are thermocouples and some other random wiring and displays. purchasing two of these today. will update.

been done in skate production for years and years. two problems already discussed, the profile shape changes with each tier so all the boards are essentially different. mega bad problem. also as you increase layers you increase resistance, so you need way more pressure in order to get a nice press o...

CO we have had similar problems too. i believe this is mainly related to the size of the cavity that the hose has to fill (less than 1.5in-2in) before we start loosing pressure. it needs to be tight in there to get even pressure side to side and front to back. too tight is also a problem, but brazen...

i have gotten bubbles like this only with a lack of pressure. related mostly to the size of the cavity that the firehose has to fill, if the cavity is too large or too small then the pressure gets funky and we begin to see bubbles in the base. we always heat to over 80C for resin flow, i dont think ...
