sorry about f uped pictures, will learn how to upload better
first pair of skis I made back in november 160in the tip and 136 in the waist, traditional camber of about 8mm, I have over 40 days on them this season and they work great, slight edge delam in the tips

Rice Paper

I bought 100 sheets of rice paper form a cake cooking supply store on-line and have been printing graphics with my HP ink jet printer and laying them up in my skis without any problem.

I had the exact same problem with a bad bearing. I just built damn like they show for epoxy sidewalls on this site and poured in some epoxy, then retried the router trick. I have over 20 days on the skis without any problems.
