i was going to thermomold the topsheet onto my skis! no i was just wondering about other resins that have higher cure temp schedules. twizz are you curing entropy at 150? thanks!

How hot have you pressed?

So the discharge hose says psi ratings are for use at 70*. I've brought it as high as 200* at 70 psi. Wondering if anyone uses higher temps? and what pressure?

awesome thanks, we just picked up an old non oscillating 6"x80" edge sander. does the trick even with 80 grit.

Cleaning the flashing after the bandsaw cut

Would a higher RPM metal working belt sander/grinder work best or are the lower speed woodworking ones sufficient? I've been using a 4.5" grinder at 12k rpm with 40 grit and it works ok but I want to upgrade. Curious to everyone elses setup.

Skis are done and look great but...

I put a brand new bit in the router and didnt check the bearing lock. it was loose and slid up on my first pass. how much do you think this will affect strength of the edge? should i try and plug it with epoxy or just leave it be?
