Hello Crismp Well that would be one way to do it. But i dont know how much weight you will save by adding a extra layer of glass first. Even if it is a very thin one. Do you think i will need one on the side below as well? Will the epoxy push up in the hole as well? PS: Im not really sure but i thin...

Now i have time to post some more coments. A nother bummer i did was to use whose fancy vacuum couplings. They made it inpossible to use the tire warmers i bought. The concave bases are because im using a to thin stel sheet to vacuum down aginst. So that would be switched out for the next pair. OAC:...

They say a picture says moore than a 1000 words, so heres more like 56000 words! In short. I have made the first ski with mixed results. The core was slightly miss aligned, wich with my thin sidwalls means that the wooden core there exposed in one place. Also the base wasnt the flattest but it may w...

And one idea was to use a diffrent rocker profile to the in/outside of the ski. To make it easier to ...

I have calculated on the pressure. As the press is for one ski i need about 15tons of pressure to reach 5bars at the ski. I think the jacks can be connected in seris by the oil refil plug but im not sure about if thats going to work. Still im holding on for vacuum, this is just an idea that im playi...
