I found out that I bought a different brand of blades which are sligthly smaller. Therefore the blade had no offset in the same position.

The problem with the mogul is, that the z-axis goes around the y-axis otherwise it would be a lot easier to stiffen the gantry e.g. screw a rectangular tube to the backside.

Nema23 is big enoug. If you need high speeds they are the wrong choice but they have plenty of power in my opinion.
