Montuckys right, core alignment outside your base is the way to go. I've used a roofing nail a few different times and it's hard to keep it from dimpling or pimpling your base. You can sublimate with a 110v blanket and you don't have to get temp up to 300-400 degrees I sublimate at 285degrees and come out with really good resultsImage

I bought an empty set of cis tanks and cartridge from either cisinks or ebay I cant remember and then I got the sub inks from printpayless.com and the colors are really vibrant and pretty spot on to what I design. I think I got my driver hacks from you AMP lol thanks!!!

Ive done multiple tests I preheated the top plate to 300*f before slid paper and topsheet in quickly pressed for roughly 2 minutes pulled it hot let cool good results. I have the same machine but mine has 2 grinders, and MM it is a 5 in wide machine but Im able to run 5.5in belts on mine. Thats a good deal on that, not as good a deal as I got for 200$.
