Today I took my second ski out of the press and it seems like I've really dded up... When I had finished cutting out the excessive marterials at the sides of the ski i noticed that the topshhet layer had gone off the ski at the boders. The same thing happened with the base and the fibreglass layers....

Fabric Ski Press
I also decided to make a fabric Skipress and because getting cordura sewed in austria is not that easy i went to a local Surfshop. They sewed your me these bags out of a canvas and they seamed not to be so bad (but i don’t know the exactly name of the fabric) . But wenn I tested them on my ski press...

Best pressure to use
Hy,
I want to press my first pair of skis in a veneer press of a local carpentry.
I will use a water filled fire horse to dispense the pressure.
It´s a no heated mold.
But I don´t know pressure I really need.
Has anybody a suggestion?
