Thanks - yes the planer method really look promising! I thought I'd tell you all how the mold will work in theory until I've actually built it. Tipspacer + egde question - concave?

Most people seem to route a space for the edges to go around the core edges. But what do I do around the tips where the tip/talispacers go?
Isn't that an issue or will I get concave tips and tails due to lack of this routed track in those areas?
