THESE ARE LEGIT

In powder these things are the truth. I heard the hype and had to try them. They are really great for slashing. they float on the powder better than ep's and other powder skis i've tried you can't sink these. it isn't a gimmick. I think i'm going to work on my skis to try and incorporate something l...

look ma no topsheets

I like the idea. I was thinking of a similar idea.

Let me know how they hold up so I can plan on going th same route or bite the bullet and buy some top sheets.

I whould think this method would save cost and weight.

thanks for posting.

YEAH

I think they are making the tip even more dramatic this year over last year. I had heard they were going to actually do away with the rear rocker for this year, but looks like the rumors aren't true.

me likey

I think i'm going to go this route. Looks simple and easy and a lot safer than applying pressure.

thinking about using tie down straps that cinch up instead of screws.
To keep it even more simple.

i like this a lot.

thanks for sharing.

Nice.

Love the heat blanket. I'm thinking about something similar. So on the mdf section of your mold is there any camber and if so how much? Most powder skis don't have camber, but I 've seen a few that do and hear its helpful on cattracks etc, getting back to the chair if you are skiing slack-country (o...

Can you explain the process a bit more. did you use a steam box etc? what exactly did you use for the bases? they look great. this is really what I'm looking to do for a gift for my dad who is a big wood guy. But I wanted to have something not only that looked good bu...

clear sidewall at k2

check out what k2 is using as sidewall. not on all pairs but on the kung fujas. see below. check the site for a picture. At first I thought they were doing wood sidewalls like some of the builders, looks like a cool alternative. TRANSPARENT SIDEWALLS This sidewall material is an alternative to the s...

polycarbonate edges or sidewall material (lexan)

Does anyone know much about polycarbonate? Lightningboards.com uses them for their edges. I think this is what they make out glass eyes out of. this is the discription: POLYCARBONATE The most common type of polycarbonate plastic is one made from Bisphenol A, in which groups from Bisphenol A are link...

ROCKER

720MM ON THE SALOMON SKI.
CHECK IT OUT ON THE WEBSITE.

THEY HAVE A FLAT BACK WHICH I think is a bit better than the reverse camber.

go look at the video they have, pretty cool.

good luck
