I am really digging using my drum sander/router setup for doing final finishing of the sidewalls and tip and tail areas. It leaves a perfect finish all the way around. to cure the epoxy at 175-190 degrees.

Can you tell us more about the method of creating the cloth bags? I have a sewing machine kind of remember how to sew. How did you find out about this method? I have some webbing from restoring furniture. I'ts quite strong and I wonder in the same could be accomplished by creating like 8 bands to wr...
