5″ Rubber Covered Fire Hose

I have about 30'
New
Yellow

I got tired of my compressor running every 3min because of holes in my old hose... now my compressor inflates my hoses and doesn't run the remainder of the press time. Sooooo nice.

Let me know what you need.

Keep going all the way out? Maybe its just the design of my ski, but the bit would take a chunk from the rise in the tip/tail if I did that. One thing that I found was that my sheet cam was zeroing at the top of the material and not the top of the table. So i had to zero at top of material and run my swivel height backwards (i think). I was giving the following info, but have to confirmed: If you go to Options->machine->post processor yo...

I'm with Montucky, these will grind out fine.

I too just had an issue with my SG not holding (pre-press) but this was in the tips. My thought: Sometimes when I put to much glue initially, then i don't get good bonding. It doesn't set well. perhaps this was your issue, you used too much SG?

Looks like some nice new "tires" you got there. I'm sure that will help a ton with the finish of the base.

This really is a great idea. I've done the same technique with counter-tops. when I watch the ski building videos of the big companies they just trow them down and it doesn't seem like they line anything up. even center line. I'm always amazed.
