I have no experience with wooden sidewalls, just abs/tpu, but was pondering this question of yours, any sealant, imo, should be applied after lay up and pressing so as not to prevent bonding between topsheet, core and sidewall. The thicknesses your suggesting are not out of the boundaries of feasibility. If you wet out your wood/glass completely, cure correctly, delam shouldn't be any more of a concern than usual. What material are you thinking about exactly, then maybe we'll have more of an idea about what it is your thin...

Poll, and discussion of how much Camber you use in your mold

I am wondering what people are using in millimeters for camber.
and second question, has anyone tried to make dual or double camber skis. I am planning on using 11 or 12 millimeters of chamber over the length of 175-195, in my molds based on my knowledge of what some snowboard makers use.
