has anyone here ever built a pair of cross country skis? what material would you use for a base? what about general design? how much camber etc.? i couldnt find any information searching the internet.

that must have been a big vacuum cleaner to mold a surfboard. i have a couple of shopvacs that we picked up throughout the years. do you think i could use one of those. no one else in my family has used it in years and if works perfectly.
